- Dial your Charter home phone number. The system will play your greeting.
- Press “*5” to interrupt the greeting, and the voice mail system will prompt you for your mailbox number.
- Type the 10-digit Charter phone number, then press the “#” key.
- Type your PIN, followed by the “#” key. You will arrive at the voice mail main menu.
- Press “1” to listen to your messages.
Calling Spectrum Voice Mail From Your Charter Phone
- Dial your Charter home phone number from your Charter home phone. If you have the “PIN skip” feature enabled, it will take you to the main menu. If you have the feature disabled it will prompt you for a PIN.
- Enter the PIN using the phone keypad, then press the “#” key to enter the main menu.
- Press “1” to listen to your messages.
How to Reset or Change Your Charter Voicemail PIN From Your Home Phone
- To reset or change your Charter Spectrum voicemail PIN from your home phone:
- Enter *99. If the Skip PIN feature is turned OFF, you’ll need to enter your PIN.
- Press 4 followed by 3 for Security Options.
- Press 1 to change your PIN.
Please keep in mind that your PIN cannot contain any consecutive digits of your phone number, any sequential numbers, or more than two repetitive numbers.
