Charter Communications is the third-largest cable TV provider in the United States. In addition to cable TV and high-speed Internet, Charter Communications offers a variety of phone services. Despite not being available everywhere in the United States, Charter has over 5 million customers in 29 states.
When you sign up for Charter Communication’s cable broadband high-speed Internet service, you will receive a user name or have the option to choose one. In addition to accessing your Charter Communications account information, this username grants you access to email, website-building tools, and the ability to customize your Internet experience.
To access your Charter email service, you must enter your Charter username and password. The entirety of your Charter email address, such as yourname@charter.net, will act as your username. Additionally, a Charter password is required. Charter will initially assign you a username and password; however, after you log in for the first time with your username and password, you can select a new password. You can create additional user names for family members.
Logging in to Charter
To login into your Charter Email Account, please follow these three steps:
- Visit the following website: Charter
- In the upper right-hand corner click on Check Email
- Enter your Charter username and password and click Log-in
